The mandate of the International Home Marketing Group is to provide complete sales and marketing services for each phase of a residential project.

Since the inauguration of International Home Marketing Group Ltd. in 1992, we have built a very successful new home sales and consulting company in spite of the on-going recession in the Ontario market. In fact, we sold over 700 homes and condominiums for our builder clients in 1995!

 

In 1996, we sold over 1,200. In 1997 we made over 1,100 sales. 1998 and 1999 saw over 1,300 sales per year, over 1,600 in 2000 and in excess of 1,400 annual sales of condominium units and homes for 2001 and 2002.

From site selection to marketing design and sales strategies, International Home Marketing Group approaches each project from the purchaser's point of view, while meeting and often exceeding, the developer's objectives.
